Terms of use
This draft sets out the terms for the Facetion website (facetion.art) and the Facetion early-access program. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not yet in force.
01About these terms
The website and the early-access program are operated by Motion Native. By using the website you agree to these terms.
TODO: add Motion Native's legal entity name and registered address.
02Early access
Facetion is in early access. Features, availability and these terms may change. Early access is by invitation, and we may decline, pause or end it at any time.
The early-access sign-up form is currently disabled. Joining the list, once it opens, will not guarantee an invitation.
03No purchases or payments
Nothing is sold on this site. There is no checkout and no payment processing, and prices have not been announced.
Your AI provider bills you separately for model calls under its own terms.
04Early-access software is provided as is
Early-access builds may contain bugs and may change or stop working. They are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
TODO: limitation of liability wording that is valid under the governing law.
05Your projects and results
TODO: define ownership and licence terms for projects, prompts, references and renders made with Facetion, and how they interact with your AI provider's terms.
06Third-party programs and services
Facetion works with programs and services such as Blender, Unreal Engine, TouchDesigner and AI providers. Their own licences and terms apply to your use of them.
07Acceptable use
Do not try to disrupt or overload the site, submit someone else's email address to the early-access list, or use automated tools to submit the form.
08Website content
Text, images and the Facetion name and logo on this site belong to Motion Native. Some illustrative images are marked as AI-generated.
09Governing law
TODO: governing law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution.
